At Casa Chef, we're committed to offering you a safe and pleasant online shopping experience. So if something does go wrong, we are here to help. 

As part of this, Casa Chef offers piece-of-mind product guarantees for online orders as follows:

  • If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a refund (excluding postage costs) within 14 days of purchase for unused products (returned in its original packaging).
  • If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost. Please ensure you provide photo evidence. 
  • If your item develops a fault after delivery within 30 days, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy where appropriate.

Returns Process

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online, you will need to submit a return request to with a copy of your purchase receipt, and return the item(s) via post to our online store.

Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, please contact us on and we will endeavour to assist you.

Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.

If you wish to exchange your item, you can do so at the value the item was purchased but the product must be returned to us in original packaging, as per original condition (undamaged). 

We will at times sell items that are clearly identified as samples or seconds in-store and they may contain defects, cuts or other imperfections. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind or for faults identified prior to purchase. 

    If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Casa Chef reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Casa Chef will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
